Freightalent International are looking to speak with a Freight Customer Service Representative to join an international company with multiple offices across the USA.
Additional Information: 3 Years Minimum Experience
? Provide rate quotes to Customers according to Company policy.
? Enter customer orders/changes as well as inbound alerts and pickup requests according to established department policies and procedures.
? Answering all emailed and EDI pickups received and dispatch to stations with verifications.
? Provide timely and accurate information to customer inquiries and shipment tracking requests.
? Must effectively address customer issues and ensure resolution.
? Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
? Arranging payments via Credit Card or Check for customers that do not have a credit line.
? Other duties as assigned
